The Alondra Park Chess Club will start a new 6-round tournament on Tuesday, May 29. If you are interested in playing, please arrive at the park by 6:45 to sign up.

The Alondra Park Chess Club will be closed on Tuesday June 5, due to elections. Round 2 will be played on Tuesday, June 12.

The Alondra Park Chess Club meets every Tuesday from 6:30 to 9:00 at 3850 W Manhattan Beach Blvd in Lawndale, CA. We hold USCF-rated Round Robin tournaments with a time control of 60 minutes per player per game.

Typically 25 to 35 players participate in our tournament and their ratings range from about 1000 to 2000. There is a $5 entry fee for a tournament and a $5 annual club membership.
